30-Day Return Window

You may return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and quality reasons, we can only accept returns of undershirts that are:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed
With original packaging
Free from deodorant marks, fragrance, or signs of wear

We cannot accept returns of items that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, you can request an exchange within 14 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@nuvaonline.co.uk within 7 days of delivery so we can replace it at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Returns for defective or incorrect items are free.
For all other returns, return shipping costs may apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
